Prof. Dr. Ali Saleh Al-Fakir is a distinguished academic leader, international lawyer, and global relations strategist who brings a unique blend of legal expertise, diplomatic experience, and visionary academic leadership to Princonser University.

As Vice President for International Relations, Dr. Al-Fakir plays a pivotal role in expanding the university’s global presence, developing high-level partnerships with governments, international organizations, and academic institutions, and strengthening the university’s engagement in international educational initiatives.

Dr. Al-Fakir is widely recognized in the international legal community. He serves as a Member of the International Court of Arbitration, contributing to the resolution of cross-border commercial and investment disputes. His professional background also includes leadership in international law, humanitarian justice, human rights, and global governance.

In addition to his legal and academic roles, Dr. Al-Fakir is a Board Member of the World Philosophical Forum (WPF) and Head of its Yemen Branch, where he contributes to promoting global citizenship, universal ethics, and intellectual development within the international community.
